Healing and chi kung video Bar open Visit often

The chi kung self healing youtube videos you see below this writing are examples of what you will find on the vieo bar located above on each page of this blog. I have set up a youtube channel where I am posting all the videos that I find helpful for understanding and practicing chi kung and or healing. I will post a link to my youtube channel ASAP on the link section of this blog.You can also visit my face book where my video section will have non youtube videos on chi kung and healing. My facebook is open to the public so you so not have to be on my friend's list to view the contents.
