I smile with pleasure and love

I have been looking at how many of the chi kung healing techiniques I use and how often I use them and I find that the top three are Jin Shin Jyustu, The Golden Ball or Sphere and Whole Body Breathing. A runner up would be One Hand Near One Hand Far. I do not know how the biopsy will turn out but I do know chi kung has helped me innumerable times in innumerable ways. I hope that some of the seeds found on this blog have found fertile ground and benefited some people, inshAllah. My prayers and my heart's smiles are for you and your loved ones. I am honored to have this time on earth and have enjoyed my life much more than I have suffered. I thank you Goddess and kiss Your Lips with LOVE for inviting me to this party called human life. Thank you.

Another Gift

Well it seems I have some sort of painful growth on the right side of my neck and have to get a biopsy. I am off on yet another adventure. Last time this happened it turned out to be tonsil cancer. I have no idea what this will lead too. Everything comes as a gift from the Goddess. Some gifts we appreciate more than others. Whatever She has planned for me I will try to greet it with appreciation and love. It is all Goddess. I await her pleasure.

Let's Take a walk

It is so beautiful outside. Winter is over and Spring beckons us to leave our houses and offices and schools and join Her on a promenade. If you live near a park or woods I suggest you go there and just walk slowly and consciously with a smile in your heart and let it occasionally flow to your lips. Notice the beauty that surrounds you. Be conscious of fragrances and colors and movements. Just amble along. Nothing to do or think. Just be your nose and eyes and ears. Let your heart be opened by the beauty that you meet. Let that beauty flow into your heart and through your whole being as you walk. Let thoughts and emotions come and go and just BE. See, Smell, Hear, Touch and do not try to understand ANYTHING. "I walk in Beauty. Beauty in front of me. Beauty above me. Beauty below me. Beauty behind me. Beauty within me. I walk in beauty." Walk in Beauty my friend. Walk always and everywhere in Beauty.

Seven Meditations for Connecting with Nature By Mark Coleman IN THE WILDERNESS of the Rainbow Trail at twilight, silence reigns. On this silent backpacking and meditation retreat I am leading deep in the red rocks of Arizona, a small group of men and women have been walking and camping under the steady presence of Navaho Mountain for seven days and seven nights. Immersed in winding sandstone canyons 650 million years old, we have been alone except for occasional visits by curious ravens. Now the retreat participants are returning from spending twenty-four hours alone. As we sit around the campfire, the moon rises slowly above the sheer canyon walls, casting shadows and animating wizened faces in the rock. Since I began leading meditation retreats in nature, I've observed again and again what a profound sense of peace people feel when they spend some meditative time outside in the forest or in open meadows. The power of the natural world encourages us to let go of our habitual mode...
