If we are lucky or blessed or both, we will sooner or later be afforded an opportunity to see ourselves as we really are and have some time to reflect on how and why we live the way we do. What we see when we look can be, profoundly shocking and transformative. Fortunately  it is never too late, even when we are in the process of dying, to experience and appreciate some of the energetic power, beauty, and joy of self-discovery and transformation. I do not know for sure, though I do have some thoughts and ideas, what if anything happens to us after we die.  If there is something of us that continues on and we have experienced and explored the dynamics of transitions and transformations before we die we will probably be a little more prepared to face whatever we meet next.
