Golden Light Meditaion

              Golden Light Mediation

“Sit at ease. Inhale deeply, and then exhale as much as you can. Get rid of all of the exhaust. Again, inhale….and exhale. Blow out your breath. Inhale. Exhale.
Now gently lengthen your spine, letting your eyes close. Allow the tip of your tongue to touch your palate. If you have any heart problems of high blood pressure, lower the tip of your tongue to touch the bottom of your mouth.
Take a deep breath, as if smelling the sweet after-fragrance of a drizzling rain. As you inhale, imagine your head opening up like a flower. The top of your head is open and the drizzling rain becomes a golden stream entering your brain. Allow the golden fluid to fill and illuminate your brain, and then allow the fluid to drip down through your brain stem to the tip of your tongue and down to the root of your tongue into your throat, letting it flow into your heart. As soon as you feel the golden stream enter your heart, inhale and allow the heart to gently contract and then expand. As your heart opens like a flower, a light joyous feeling emanates to the rest of your body. Let this joy overflow your heart and pour down gently into your abdomen.
The golden fluid has been warmed by your heart, so now your belly starts to grow warm, as if a gentle morning light is shining on it. The same warmth penetrates from the front of your abdomen to your lower back. Now let this sense of warmth flow down your legs; relax the thighs as the sensations of warmth trickles down; as if a golden fluid is flowing down the inside of your legs. Now, allow the knees to relax, then the calves, and finally all the way to the bottom of your feet.
Now imagine a golden stream encompassing you from the top of your head to the souls of your feet and your whole body shimmering with a brilliant light. Allow this golden light to emanate from within you, embracing and permeating every cell of your body. Merge with the light, allow spontaneous healing to occur.”
