http://www.nytimes.com/2010/06/28/opinion/28krugman.html?partner=rssnyt&emc=rss I am posting more about economics and politics than healing or so it seems. The reality is that I believe that you cannot be truly healthy or balanced in an unhealthy and unbalanced society. Our societies throughout the world are unhealthy and imbalanced and are getting more so all the time. We need to face that truth and explore what is causing it. To read the article click the title. It is in the nature and structure of Capitalism that booms will always lead sooner or later to busts and when that happens the majority of people who are not wealthy will be hurt the most. The quote from the following article sums it up. "The same human instinct that prompts us to look for villains again has us looking for saviors. That's a worrying impulse: Our problems were systemic -- and our solutions must be, too." We need to replace Capitalism with a more equitable and sane way of sharing the wealth of this planet with ALL the people of the world. JFK told us the TRUTH.

This is the kind of speech I wish Obama would give and mean. The person who posted it claims Kennedy was talking about the Fed but that is BS. Kennedy was speaking about Communism, that is, Russia and China. While Kennedy was talking about Communism in one place in the speech it could just as easily be used to talk abo...ut the Oligarchies. What he said about the news media and it's relationship to the goverment and the people is more true today than it was in Kennedy's day.
