The Dance Continues

I am waiting for my test results. I should know Monday. Meanwhile life goes on. What a wonderful mediation. Watching my thoughts and emotions come and go around what the test will show me about my future. (smile) I have not obsessed about it one way or the other. I have noticed my monkey mind playing with the ideas of the future. But he does that with everything anyway. It is his nature. I asked Goddess for a clean bill of health below my neck but said I was OK with whatever She had in store for me. I trust Her more than I fear anything. She knows that. We laugh together and continue our love dance.

I WILL NEVER FORGET OR FORGIVE WHAT HAPPENED AT KENT STATE

If you do not know about what happened at Kent State 40 years ago click the link above (the title)and find out. If you do know, NEVER FORGET! My tears, anger, determination and actions join the flood of many others to make sure that the the fight for a better world never ends. They can win battle after battle but we will ultimately win... the war. This I believe and know in my HEART. Come join us! Back in the days of our youth we use to chant and mean,"Dare to Struggle Dare to Win!" I say Dare to Struggle Dare to Win NOW. Or as Native people said before a battle, "It is a good day to die." I say, "It is a good day to live and fight." Goddess bless you ALL!
I love and NEED to balance being pissed at and fighting the jerks who got their feet on our necks with the realization that there are no necks or feet. What incredible wonderful/horrible Illusions our thoughts and actions create in the face of the wonder and mystery of Being Here. I have no idea what Being is or what and where Here is. I just appreciate IT and feel sorry for and want to be supportive of those of us who get a very bad impression of BEING HERE. (sigh) I send loving supportive healing energy to all sentient beings myself included

I offer this prayer to you all from the Buddhist tradition. From my heart to yours.

Metta Karuna Prayer

O Amida,
Oneness of Life and Light,
Entrusting in your Great Compassion,
May you shed the foolishness in myself,
Transforming me into a conduit of Love.
May I be a medicine for the sick and weary,
Nursing their afflictions until they are cured;
May I become food and drink,

During time of famine,
May I protect the helpless and the poor,
May I be a lamp,

For those who need your Light,
May I be a bed for those who need rest,
and guide all seekers to the Other Shore.
May all find happiness through my actions,
and let no one suffer because of me.
Whether they love or hate me,
Whether they hurt or wrong me,
May they all obtain true entrusting,
Through Other Power,
and realize Supreme Nirvana.
