Dog Walking Qi Gong

                       I often do this qi gong exercise while walking my dog, Barran, which is why I call it “Dog Walking Qi Gong. It is very healing and strengthening for me. You can do it walking or sitting or even reclining. The key is to do it often and for at least 10 to 30 minutes. Many of you who try this exercise and do it often will be very pleased with the results, inshAllah. 1- First you make your intention clear, that being to place yourself in alignment with the Universal Energy Field or the Unity of All Things or God or the Universe or whatever name you like to give it. You can for instance say and mean and feel things like, “I am one with Heaven and Earth”. You can also say for instance, “I am in the Universe. The Universe is in my body.
