Sitting Still | Tricycle

Always return your focus to noticing how you are breathing. Is your breath stuck in fight of flight style? If so please change to diaphragm breathing. Find yourself noticing and releasing unnecessary muscle tension anywhere in your body. Do the same with thoughts and emotions. Take the time to notice and release unnecessary thoughts especially toxic thoughts and patterns.
