

As you walk outside, you might want do color chi kung for a short period or even a long time. If you master color chi kung you will make your walk even more beautiful and healing. Do it walking around your neighborhood or in a park or a the woods.
First, notice a color. We will use green to start since it is so pervasive this time of year. Also green and liver start the Five Elements Chinese cycle. So you are walking on a beautiful spring day in the woods. You notice green all around in many forms, from grass to tree leafs to plant leafs. Become one with the Green. Imagine you are green. Your body is green, inside and out. Be green. Feel your greenness. Be green for as long or a little as you want at any particular time. Sometimes be a flash of green. Other times be green longer.
Notice red. It could be red in the stem of a dandelion. It could be a red rose, an apple or a tulip. It is red. Become one with the red. Be red. Be a flash of red or a long time red. Feel your redness all through your energy/physical body.
Notice yellow. It could be dandelions. It might be a rose or who can say. Just notice yellow. Become one with yellow. Be a flash of yellow. Be a long time yellow. Just yellow yourself as much or as little as you like.
Notice white. It might be cherry or apple blossoms. It might be a rose or a white flower of a weed. Become one with white. Feel your whole being radiating and vibrating white. Be a flash of white or a long time white.
Notice blue-black or purple. You will probable see more purple then blue. Perhaps you will see violets. Become one with purple. Be a flash of purple. Be along time purple. Be purple inside and out. Be purple.
Now notice all the colors around you. Be all the colors around you. Be a flash of the colors around you. Be a long time the colors around you.
