My Personal Journey
I had my first spiritual awakening whilst making love with a soul mate about 24 years ago. Since that time I have had many experiences of deep communion with God as beloved, in moments of prayer, while making love and while dancing. These holy communions are what feed my soul and inspire my life and my work with others.
Since my initial awakening I have been blessed to experience a few deeply soulfull, sacred sexual relationships. I have also been blessed with periods without a partner and this is when I practice the inner tantras and deepen my relationship with God as beloved. In these periods I have developed processes and practices done alone; simple movement mediations and prayers that unite the inner male and inner female and connect the practioner to the Divine. In this union one purifies ones inner resistances to re-n union with God and prepares you to heal old wounds of love and prepare for a soul partner again.
Over the years I have worked within the modality of dance, as a medium to facilitate and guide others to experience deep communion with the divine. When we dance to open and receive divine love into our bodies, into our cells, the love brings up all that is not love within us and all that feels it is not worthy of love, inside of us. Dance is a beautiful, creative and potent way to express the deeper emotions of our soul. The more we express, the more divine love we receive, the more conscious we become in our lives and our relationships.
I also teach sacred sexuality practices; the gifts of channelling our sexuality are beyond anything we have ever known as it is an inner awakening to the creative evolutionary impulse within us:
  • We become more heart centred in our relating and can experience deeper intimacy in our relationships as the barriers of separation dissolve.
  • We experience ourselves as source, and experience the feeling of empowerment that comes as we recognize our capacity to generate our best lives.
  • We gain more awareness and move beyond past limitations into co creation with the creative field of life. As we see ourselves as source we begin to take more radical self responsibility for the limiting false patterns and emotional triggers we have been looping time after time. Attracting evolutionary relationships that serve our growth and awakening.
  • As we remember how to reconnect with the creative impulse, we have access to wisdom beyond our years and become connected to our inner guidance, the voice of truth, our intuitive capacities develop. Enabling us to relate and create from this deeper wider center, that is connected to the deeper truth.
  • We begin to experience states of full bodied ecstasy not only in our sex lives or when we dance, but we live an ecstatic life. What is Ecstasy ? It is a state of divine rapture, a feeling of intoxicated union with the beloved. Where we are beyond mind, and we feel deeply nourishment on a hearty level It lights up our inner radiance and we feel at one with God and all of life.
  • When the creative impulse is alive within us we become, passionately ourselves, we tap into our intuitive imagination and become more boldly ourselves, we open up our souls vocations, or higher callings, our life work begins to unfold. You become more truly yourself, your begin to live your inner legend.
